And Production Company of the Year is… wait for it…

Riff Raff Films picked up Cresta’s top recognition for craft,  with the Production Company of the Year trophy once again heading back to the UK/US—based production hothouse. 

Firing up the defence of their title were three trophies for the EA Skate commercial ‘Drop In’, directed by The Sacred Egg, it gamifies the world as a wild skateboarder experience. This also won one of the three special Jury Chair awards. Commercials for Telstra and Kaiser Permanente rounded out the wins. 

Riff Raff’s founder/owner Matthew Fone praised the jury system of Cresta Awards, while also saying it set a tough standard to keep matching or exceeding. “It’s hard to win pitches, hard to make things and even harder to make great things that win awards. To win at Cresta is more than special as the jury is semi-permanent so I feel it is even harder to impress them year in year out with what we are doing as a production company. Many thanks to the jury!”
