Notes: Entry description:

Swedish deep tech company Exeger has created the world’s leading solar cell – Powerfoyle. Developed in Sweden for over a decade, Powerfoyle is a ground-breaking light charging material that based on the principle of photosynthesis transforms natural and artificial light into sustainable energy. Light powered technology - inspired by nature.

Brief:

Climate action is the most pressing challenge of our time, and clean accessible energy is vital for our survival. Our task was to create a holistic brand universe that incapsulates the power of this revolutionary brand. Our approach was to build a design experience based on three principals: transformative, energizing, and unconventional.

Solution: (400 characters max.)

Inspired by nature and photosynthesis, the distinctive animations and 3D artistry add life to the material and show the transformative power of the brand, as well as represent the vast variety of shapes and textures the material can take on. The solution emphasizes Powerfoyle as a brand full of positive energy, and unlike anything else we’ve seen in solar cell technology.

Cultural Context:

Powerfoyle’s vision is to restore the carbon balance of the planet by empowering people with clean, endless energy. The creation of this light-harvesting material works on the idea that the more you use it, the more you restore the carbon balance of the planet. Powerfoyle’s goal is to make this sustainable transition as effortless as possible. Endless light power for everyone.
