Doug has extensive experience in creative leadership roles with stints at One Method, FCB, Publicis, Leo Burnett, and a host of cool boutique agencies. Doug’s passion for disruptive creative work is undeniable, with a consumer-value-first approach that has produced effective and award-winning integrated work for the likes of Gap, PepsiCo, Adidas, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Tim Horton's, VISA, LG, Samsung, Blackberry, Sony Computer Entertainment (PlayStation), Heineken, General Motors, Acura, Nissan, Universal Music Group, Island/Def Jam, Bad Boy Records and many others. Doug sits on the board of Code Black Communicator Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing mentorship and positive change for Black advertising and marketing professionals. He is also (along with Questlove of the Hip Hop band, The Roots) a founding member of Okayplayer.com, a New York & Philadelphia based progressive urban music artist hub and online community.
