Ciro was born in New York and raised in Colombia. Over 20 years of experience in North and South American markets has given him a leading role in the creative industry and recognition in festivals around the world. In 2008 he moved back to the United States to lead multicultural agencies like Latinworks, Leo Burnett and Dieste, focusing on developing strategic creative platforms that could make an impact in Latin culture for high-profile brands such as Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Kellogg’s. He recently was appointed Chief Creative Officer of Weber Shandwick in New York, and he has been jury and speaker at international events such as Cannes Lions, TED Talk and D&AD; promoting diversity, culture intelligence and creativity around the world.
