European Executive Creative Director,
Havas Worldwide, Düsseldorf

Eric is the European Executive Creative Director of Havas Worldwide where he will be overseeing creative delivery for clients and working closely with creative leaders around the globe to help further enhance the agency’s creative culture. He started his career at the Cologne-based advertising agency Westag in 1994, after having successfully finished his studies of Graphic Design. He started in layout, became Art Director and finally Group Head. Five years later he joined DDB Düsseldorf, looking after clients such as Henkel, Schwarzkopf, AXA, Volkswagen and Der Spiegel (German news magazine).

In 2004 he was called into the Management Board. Eric worked as Executive Creative Director and was in charge of campaigns for clients like Ramazzotti, Premiere, Volkswagen, Gatorade, Diesel or Congstar.

He is member of the ADC and D&AD. Together with his teams Eric has won more than 100 international awards within the last five years.

In 2011 Eric was appointed Chief Creative Officer of the DDB Tribal Group and is therefore steering the creative potential of DDB Tribal, highly influencing the agency´s social life with his open and curious mind.
