Martin SPILLMANN

Martin attended the "Zürich University of the Arts“ (ZHdK) where he earned his degree in graphic art & design. He has worked as Art Director/Creative Director for various creative advertising agencies in Switzerland and also in New York, USA.

In 2002, together with his partner Peter Felser, he founded the agency Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett, one of Switzerland's leading advertising agencies, both in size and creative reputation. Martin is a board member and designated President of the Art Directors Club of Europe as well as President of the Art Directors Club Switzerland.

He has been a jury member at major awards, including the film category at Cannes Lions and three times with the CLIO Awards. He is winner of many awards, such as Golds at the Cannes Lions, CLIO, Eurobest, The CUP and ADC Europe. In 2004, he was named „Werber des Jahres“ (eg. Ad Man of the year). Besides he lectures
at the ADC/BSW Creative School in Zurich.

Martin is married to Rita, they have two daughters.
